VF network disruption via unauthorized MAC removal

Improper access control in affected Linux i40e releases allows guest OS users to remove an administratively assigned virtual-function MAC. The i40e delete-MAC path accepts an untrusted VF's request when the PF set the primary address, removes that address from hardware filters, and zeros the VF's primary MAC. A guest OS user must control an untrusted SR-IOV VF and take it down; the resulting address loss can interrupt VF networking and defeat the PF's configured addressing policy.
