Memory exhaustion via failed IR commands

Memory leak in the Linux kernel's ir_toy driver allows local users to exhaust kernel memory by causing an IR Toy command failure. Within irtoy_tx, a transmit buffer allocated before irtoy_command is not released when that command returns an error, so each failed operation permanently consumes kernel memory. Exploitation requires local access to a configured IR Toy transmit device and repeated failing transmissions; the bounded consequence is availability loss from memory exhaustion.
