Remote connection stall via skipped MPTCP reinjection

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows remote attackers to stall MPTCP data delivery through a stale subflow. In net/mptcp/protocol.c, the scheduler applies a TCP-specific retransmission-queue test to an MPTCP socket, causing the reordered tcp_sock layout to skip reinjection of unacknowledged data. A remote MPTCP peer can create an additional subflow and then stop acknowledging or reset it, leaving the connection stalled despite another usable path.
