Local rtla crash via overlong mount-point parsing

A stack-based buffer overflow in Linux rtla allows local users to crash the tool by supplying an overlong mount-point token. The find_mount function passes a 1024-byte stack buffer to fscanf with a conversion that can write 1024 characters plus a terminating null byte. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and execution of rtla against a mount table containing the oversized token.
