Kernel compromise via stale INTx eventfd context

Memory-safety flaws in Linux kernel vfio/pci allow local users with VFIO device access to crash or compromise the host via INTx ioctls. The interrupt path unregisters an INTx handler when a trigger eventfd is removed, yet SET_IRQS and asynchronous irqfd callbacks can still signal a NULL or freed eventfd context. An open /dev/vfio device descriptor is required; the stale context yields kernel reads, writes, control-flow hijacking, or a host crash without user interaction.
