Local privilege escalation via unlocked INTx masking

Race condition in the Linux VFIO PCI interrupt code allows local users with a VFIO device descriptor to gain kernel privileges. The vfio_pci_intx_mask and vfio_pci_intx_unmask paths test INTx state and touch eventfd-backed IRQ context without holding igate while VFIO_DEVICE_SET_IRQS can free that context. Access to an open VFIO device descriptor permits repeated racing that can expose or alter kernel memory, hijack control flow, crash the host, or wedge a shared INTx line.
