Local memory corruption via short AES-CTR input

Out-of-bounds access in the arm64 AES-CTR NEON code in affected Linux kernels allows local users to corrupt memory via short input. The bit-sliced fallback passes inputs shorter than 16 bytes directly to an assembly helper that reads and writes in fixed 16-byte NEON granules instead of staging them in a temporary buffer. Exploitation requires local access to an arm64 system using the affected AES-CTR path, where a short operation can corrupt kernel memory or interrupt the system.
