Remote service hang via nested workqueue flush

Deadlock in the Linux kernel NVMe-over-Fibre-Channel target allows remote attackers to hang NVMe target services via FC-NVMe traffic. During association deletion, fcloop_targetport_delete() calls flush_work() from the work item being flushed, permanently deadlocking the shared nvmet_wq. The pre-authentication create or disconnect handshake is sufficient, and the resulting workqueue hang blocks all NVMe target transports until reboot.
