Boot crash via LoongArch ACPI array overflow

Buffer overflow in Linux LoongArch ACPI parsing allows local users to crash affected kernels during boot through a large MADT. The parser indexes physical-core entries into acpi_core_pic sized by the smaller logical NR_CPUS limit, writing past the array when the MADT lists more cores. Triggering it requires a LoongArch platform whose MADT exceeds NR_CPUS; the resulting paging fault prevents the kernel from booting.
