Local system interruption via AMD display validation faults

Availability flaws in the Linux AMD display driver allow local users to hang or crash affected systems through display processing. In bios_parser2.c, several parsers log fields through pointers returned by GET_IMAGE before checking for NULL, while link_validation.c uses narrower loop variables that can wrap instead of terminating. Exploitation requires local access and an affected AMD display path; the documented consequence is availability loss, not data disclosure or modification.
