Kernel crash via stale CXL register mapping

Denial of service in Linux 6.7 through 6.7.6 allows local users to crash the kernel during CXL RAS error handling. After cxl_mem unbinds a detached CXL.mem device, __cxl_handle_ras reads status registers without confirming that their mappings remain valid. Reachability requires a CXL.mem device to detach before a subsequent PCIe AER notification; the invalid supervisor read faults the kernel.
