Kernel crash via incorrect pscsi bio release

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel pscsi target before 6.8 allows attackers to crash the kernel through an I/O mapping failure. In pscsi_map_sg(), the failure path passes bio_kmalloc()-allocated request bios to bio_put() instead of pairing bio_uninit() with kfree(), causing bio_free() to dereference a NULL pointer. Reachability requires access to a configured pscsi target and an I/O mapping failure; published assessments disagree on whether that access is local or network-based.
