Local denial of service via stuck RAID reshape

Denial of service in Linux kernel 2.6.17 through 6.7.6 allows local users to hang device-mapper RAID teardown after an interrupted reshape. When RAID10 or RAID5 reassembly registers sync_thread directly, MD_RECOVERY_RUNNING can remain set because md_do_sync never runs to clear it. Reachability requires local access to interrupt and reassemble an affected md reshape, and stop_sync_thread then waits indefinitely.
