RAID456 I/O hang via premature array suspension

Deadlock in Linux kernel 6.7 through 6.7.6 allows attackers to hang RAID456 array I/O during an interrupted reshape. The md_start_sync() path calls mddev_suspend() after finding a spare even though reshape I/O is waiting for reshape progress, so the suspension and I/O wait on each other. Triggering the deadlock requires an interrupted reshape, a disk marked want_replacement, an added spare, and I/O across the reshape position; the issue was found by code review and was not reproduced.
