Packet corruption via miscalculated L2TP message length

Incorrect length calculation in the Linux kernel's L2TP IPv6 send path allows local users to corrupt outgoing packets. An operator-precedence error in l2tp_ip6_sendmsg reduces every nonempty payload length passed to ip6_append_data to the transport-header length. Triggering requires a local low-privileged user to exercise L2TP IPv6 while an outgoing socket buffer is already partially occupied; packets are malformed on the wire.
