Local service interruption via stale ehash entry

Resource cleanup error in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel warning and service interruption during bhash2 allocation failure. After __inet_check_established() adds an unbound socket to ehash and sets inet_num, the failure path leaves that state in place instead of unhashing the socket. Reachability requires low-privilege local access and rare memory pressure or induced allocation failure; no data access or modification is reported.
