System hang via inline mirrored receive processing

Improper locking in affected Linux kernels allows local users to hang the system through an egress-to-ingress mirrored traffic redirect. The act_mirred path processes a redirected packet inline and can re-enter the originating socket while its lock remains held. Reachability requires a mirrored redirect that reverses packet flow; the resulting tcp_v4_rcv recursion deadlocks and interrupts the host.
