Local denial of service via AF_UNIX lock inversion

Deadlock in the Linux kernel 6.7 through 6.7.6 allows local users to hang affected systems through concurrent AF_UNIX socket operations. setsockopt(SO_PEEK_OFF) takes sk_lock-AF_UNIX before unix_set_peek_off takes u->iolock, while the datagram receive path can acquire those locks in the reverse order. Low-privileged local access is required, and successful triggering blocks progress rather than exposing or altering data.
