Kernel oops via concurrent sockmap callback teardown

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows attackers to trigger a kernel oops by racing BPF sockmap verdict callbacks. In net/core/skmsg.c, concurrent sk_psock_verdict_data_ready() and sk_psock_stop_verdict() calls can clear saved_data_ready before an indirect call through it. Triggering requires the affected BPF sockmap verdict path; a panic-on-oops policy can turn the fault into a host reboot.
