System crash via unchecked lan966x port pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel lan966x driver allows local users to crash the system when adding a port to a LAG. The LAG join path iterates every lan966x port and dereferences entries for ports that were not probed without first checking for NULL. Reachability requires local network-administration privileges and lan966x hardware with an unprobed port; the resulting kernel crash interrupts the system.
