Kernel crash via DWC3 gadget suspend race

NULL pointer dereference in Linux DWC3 gadget handling allows local users to crash the kernel via repeated USB reconnects. The dwc3_gadget_suspend path checks gadget_driver while a concurrent gadget unbind clears it, then dwc3_disconnect_gadget dereferences the cleared pointer. Reachability requires a system using the DWC3 USB gadget controller and overlap between suspend and driver unbind during repeated disconnect-and-reconnect activity.
