Local service interruption via uninitialized clock data

Use of an uninitialized resource in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt service through AD4130 internal-clock exposure. The ad4130_setup_int_clk function passes a stack-allocated clk_init_data structure with uninitialized members into the clock-registration path. Reachability requires an AD4130 device configured to expose its internal clock on the CLK pin; the published assessment reports availability impact only.
