Kernel memory access violation via unbounded clock iteration

An out-of-bounds array access in Linux 6.7 through 6.7.5 and 6.8-rc1 through 6.8-rc4 allows local users to trigger invalid kernel memory access. dcn35_clk_mgr_helper_populate_bw_params uses firmware-reported enabled-clock counts to iterate fixed MemPstateTable, FclkClocks_Freq, and DcfClocks arrays without clamping each count to its array capacity. The path runs during AMD display-driver initialization on DCN35 hardware, where the invalid access can corrupt kernel state or crash the system.
