Kernel crash via null SEV master dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel's CCP driver allows local users to crash affected kernels during SEV platform-device removal. The affected __sev_platform_shutdown_locked implementation reads psp_master->sev_data without ensuring that psp_master is non-NULL, then issues SEV_CMD_SHUTDOWN. The demonstrated path requires DEBUG_TEST_DRIVER_REMOVE and CCP initialization with no command queues; the bounded result is a general protection fault.
