Kernel crash via premature mca_funcs dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the AMDGPU driver in Linux 4.2 through 6.7.3 allows local users to crash the kernel through MCA access. amdgpu_mca_smu_get_mca_entry() reads max_ue_count or max_ce_count through adev->mca.mca_funcs before checking whether that pointer is NULL. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an AMDGPU MCA path with an uninitialized function table; the resulting fault can stop the host.
