Kernel crash via unchecked hw_pp dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the MSM DPU display driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel during encoder cleanup. The dpu_encoder_helper_phys_cleanup function assumes hw_pp is valid and dereferences it inside a conditional cleanup block without first checking for NULL. The path requires low-privileged local access and an MSM DPU writeback cleanup state in which hw_pp is absent; successful exploitation interrupts the host.
