Kernel crash via freed RLC firmware pointer

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.3 through 6.6.14 and 6.7 through 6.7.2 allows local users to crash the kernel. amdgpu_ucode_request releases the RLC firmware pointer after rejecting an invalid header size, and later initialization code dereferences that NULL pointer. The crash requires the AMDGPU driver to load malformed RLC firmware on affected AMD hardware; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
