Kernel crash via truncated IPv6 tunnel packet

Use of uninitialized data in affected Linux kernel versions allows remote attackers to crash the kernel via truncated IPv6 tunnel packets. The __ip6_tnl_rcv() path reads DSCP and ECN fields before ensuring that the packet contains a complete inner header; with DSCP copying enabled, it can also write beyond packet data. A configured IPv6 tunnel endpoint is required, and repeated packets can cause traffic drops or a kernel oops while exposing a limited stale-heap oracle.
