Local service interruption via uninitialized LLC addresses

Use of uninitialized data in the Linux kernel LLC subsystem allows local users to interrupt service through a crafted TUN packet. llc_conn_handler leaves source and destination MAC addresses uninitialized for ETH_P_TR_802_2 packets, then __llc_lookup_established and __llc_lookup_listener read those stack values. Reaching the fault requires low-privileged local access and a crafted write to a TUN device; the published assessment limits impact to availability.
