Kernel crash via conflicting network alternate names

Linux kernel 6.1.60 through 6.1.75 and 6.5.9 through 6.8-rc1 allows local users to crash the kernel during namespace removal. default_device_exit_net() returns physical interfaces to init_net but fails to delete alternate names that conflict there, triggering BUG() in net/core/dev.c. Low-privileged local access is required, and reaching BUG() interrupts workloads on the host.
