Kernel-address disclosure and crash via unreferenced cachestat folio

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel cachestat path allows local users to disclose kernel-heap addresses or crash the kernel. filemap_cachestat reads folio offsets and dirty/writeback flags from an xarray entry without holding a folio reference, so concurrent eviction can free and reuse the object. Any unprivileged local user with an open file descriptor can drive the race; returned stale metadata can reveal a kernel-heap address, while a stale page-state path can panic some kernels.
