Local kernel crash via dropped packet destination

NULL pointer dereference in Linux IPv4 multicast routing allows local users to crash affected kernels by forwarding a queued report packet. ipv4_pktinfo_prepare() drops the queued packet's destination metadata, but ip_mr_forward() later assumes that pointer is set and dereferences it. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to exercise IPv4 multicast-routing socket operations; the resulting panic interrupts the host.
