Service interruption via repeated SME storage allocation

Resource exhaustion in arm64 SME support in Linux 6.1.47 through 6.1.139 and 6.4.12 through 6.5 allows local users to interrupt service. When sme_alloc() finds existing storage without a flush request, it allocates replacement storage instead of returning early, leaking the old allocation and corrupting SME state. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access on an arm64 system with SME support; the published impact is a service interruption, not data disclosure or modification.
