Kernel Oops via pre-check cache dereference

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux kernel 5.17 through 6.8-rc1 allows local users to trigger a kernel Oops through fscache. The fscache_put_cache function dereferences its cache argument before applying the IS_ERR_OR_NULL check intended to reject an invalid pointer. Local low-privileged access is required; the public advisory does not identify the triggering user action, and the reported consequence is availability loss only.
