Kernel memory disclosure via oversized rmnet maxtype

Out-of-bounds read in Linux allows local users to expose kernel memory by submitting crafted rmnet netlink attributes. rmnet_link_ops sets maxtype beyond the rmnet_policy array boundary, so nested attribute validation reads one byte past the global policy table. Local access and low privileges are required; the published trace establishes an invalid kernel read but does not establish code execution.
