Kernel service interruption via mishandled crypto backlog

Improper exceptional-condition handling in Linux kernel 4.16 through 6.7 allows local users to interrupt service via a saturated crypto queue. In net/tls/tls_sw.c, the encryption and decryption paths treated a valid -EBUSY backlog result as a terminal error and processed the first asynchronous -EINPROGRESS callback instead of ignoring it. Reaching the flaw requires kTLS with asynchronous AEAD processing and a full cryptd queue; the published impact is limited to kernel availability.
