Authenticated code execution via language-file editor

Code injection in the CE Phoenix language-file editor 1.0.8.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP. The define_language.php editor writes an administrator-supplied payload directly into english.php, where a storefront request executes embedded PHP. Administrative access is required; successful exploitation runs commands as the web-server account and permits reading or altering data reachable by that account.
