Unrestricted file upload in GUnet Open eClass Platform 3.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The certbadge.php endpoint accepts a crafted uploaded file without enforcing restrictions that prevent server-executable content. Exploitation requires a high-privilege authenticated account and executes code in the web server context.
