Authenticated SQL injection via username parameter
Published Mar 19, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in Netentsec NS-ASG Application Security Gateway 6.3 allows remote authenticated users to alter queries via the username parameter. The naccheck.php handler places the decoded username value into a database query, and the published request injects an extractvalue expression containing a nested SELECT. An authenticated gateway session is required, and public evidence establishes database-query manipulation but not code execution or service interruption.
