Sensitive data disclosure via API authorization bypass
Published Feb 11, 2026 · Updated Feb 11, 2026
Information disclosure in Statping-ng 0.91.0 allows remote attackers to read sensitive configuration and user data through API requests. The affected API authorization path permits requests to /api/users, /api/oauth, /api/notifier/amazon_sns, and /api/settings/export without enforcing the intended privilege. Direct requests can reach restricted endpoints, while a low-privileged API token can also be supplied through the api query parameter.
