Unauthenticated configuration modification via canceled redirect

Execution after redirect in Cegid Meta4 HR 819.001.022 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify application configuration. The webappconfig.jsp page redirects direct requests but continues processing them, so canceling the redirect exposes the internal configuration page. The page must be deployed on an Internet-facing web server, and direct unauthenticated access is enough to change multiple application parameters.
