Root command execution via management-interface injection

Command injection in HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass Policy Manager allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands as root. HPE identifies the vulnerable locus only as the web-based management interface and does not disclose the affected endpoint, parameter, or command construction. Access to a highly privileged management account is required, and successful exploitation grants root-level control of the appliance.
