Resource exhaustion in affected Liferay Portal and Liferay DXP releases allows remote authenticated users to fill temporary storage. The Image Uploader trusts the client-controlled maxFileSize parameter as the upload limit, permitting arbitrarily large files in the system temp folder. Any authenticated account that can reach the uploader can consume temporary storage and interrupt service.
