Local privilege escalation via spoofed PAC signature

Incorrect Kerberos PAC validation in Microsoft Windows allows remote authenticated users controlling a service account to gain local Administrator rights. The validation flow accepts a spoofed PAC signature and bypasses checks that should bind Kerberos authorization data to the authenticated identity. Exploitation requires control of a service account on the accepting workstation, and successful abuse grants local administrative privileges.
