Service interruption via tokenless setconf request

Cross-site request forgery in ETIC Telecom RAS firmware before 4.9.19 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via setconf. The web administration interface accepts a state-changing setconf request without a CSRF token and executes it through an active user's session. Exploitation requires user interaction and an active web session; the resulting request can interrupt the router without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
