CVE-2024-26152Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Stored XSS via unsanitized imported task HTML

Published Feb 22, 2024 · Updated Aug 14, 2024

Stored XSS in Label Studio before 1.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts through imported task data. Choices and Labels frontend components pass imported HTML to dangerouslySetInnerHTML without sanitizing it, so event handlers execute in the page. The attacker needs data-import permission, and a user must open the affected task; execution is limited to data available in that user's browser context.
