Memory disclosure via overflowing array start index

Out-of-bounds read in Vyper _abi_decode 0.3.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to decode unintended memory via crafted calldata. _abi_decode accepts an excessively large array start index, allowing read-position arithmetic to wrap and address data outside the intended array bounds. The effect is observable only when a memory write occurs between two decodes of the same input, producing inconsistent decoded values without reported data modification or service interruption.
