Browser script execution via stored form input
Published Jun 13, 2024 · Updated Oct 7, 2024
Stored XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.20 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. Vulnerable form fields store attacker-supplied script content without sufficient neutralization and render it when another user opens the page. Exploitation requires low privileges and victim interaction, exposing data and actions available within the affected page's browser context.
