Stored script execution via unneutralized form fields
Published Mar 18, 2024 · Updated Oct 7, 2024
Stored XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.19 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through crafted form fields. Vulnerable form fields store attacker-controlled content without sufficient output neutralization, and a later page view runs it in the victim's browser. Low-privileged access and victim interaction are required, limiting the consequence to browser-context data access and actions.
