Improper authentication in the fgfmd daemon across six Fortinet products allows remote attackers to inject packets into management tunnels. The daemon accepts specially crafted packets without authenticating their sender and forwards injected traffic into an established FortiManager tunnel. An FGFM tunnel must already exist, and the attacker can inject traffic but cannot receive tunnel packets.
